Mockups
If you would like to see a mockup of your order, you can request this with a member of the team. Seeing a mockup allows you to get an idea of how your order will look. If you are happy with your mockup, we can start to process your order.
Print and embroidery services
All of our print and embroidery services are carried out in-house. This allows us to create the very best personalisation on your order. If you are unsure about which service you require, just ask a member of the team and they will be able to advise.
Delivery
Our standard delivery takes 7-10 working days for personalised items and 5 working days for non-personalised items.
Because we understand you may require your order sooner, we have an express delivery option which is just 5 working days for personalised items.
You can also place a click and collect order. Our collection point is in Cradley Heath in the West Midlands.
